Walled Horizons

Palestine
18 minutes

In 2002, the Israeli government began constructing a 700 kilometer long wall against Palestinian suicide bombers. Rather than run on the Green Line - separating Israeli and Palestinian areas - the route veers deeply into Palestinian areas, dividing neighborhoods and people from their land. In 2004, the International Court of Justice concluded that this route violated international law.

Five years later, the UN in Jerusalem examines the Wall's impact on Palestinians. The film is narrated by and features Roger Waters, (Pink Floyd) who visits the Wall and comments on it. The film interviews Israeli officials who planned the route.
