The second screening of Falasteen Film Fridays will be "Brooklyn, Inshallah”

What do you do when you live in a large, Arab community that has existed for over a century facing constant discrimination, but never had anyone elected to public office? You go out and vote...inshallah!

“Brooklyn, Inshallah” focuses on Arab Americans living in New York City, working to make history by electing the first Arab American to political office through community organizing.

Following the film will be a special Q&A with the Director, Ahmed Mansour. This event is free for everyone, so don't miss out. The film will be screened on YouTube this Friday, April 9 at 8:30pm CST. Tune in on Youtube here.
